Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy

At GB Aesthetics 22, appointment times are reserved specifically for each client to ensure personalised care and treatment.

Booking Fee

A booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee will be deducted from the cost of your treatment on the day of your visit.

Booking fees are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice. Your booking fee can then be transferred to a new appointment.

Late Cancellations

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may result in the loss of the booking fee.

Missed Appointments

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the booking fee will be forfeited.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your appointment time may need to be shortened to avoid delaying other clients. In some cases, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and the booking fee may be lost.
